Here you may find information about my profile and services as skilled translator for the English and Italian language. I carry out your translation and proofreading orders into German professionally and competently according to your wishes and specifications. I carry out any instruction with due care, to the best of my knowledge, skills and abilities.
As a matter of course, I adhere strictly to the native speaker principle i.e. I translate exclusively into my mother tongue German. I offer my translation and proofreading service for various content areas of the following industry fields:

Education
I successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in linguistic sciences and a master’s degree in translation studies in English and Italian. Within the scope of my education I especially concentrated on the trans-lation of legal and economical texts, but I also gained practice with technical texts and handbooks. Moreover, I acquired training in CAT tools such as Trados.
Experiences
Along with my studies I completed several internships comprising placement in the language service providers Lingua World and KERN AG and the editorial offices of radio stations and print media.
